ARRL President Rick Roderick, K5UR, is calling on League members to urge their US Senators to support the Amateur Radio Parity Act of 2017, S. 1534. ARRL has opened a RallyCongress page to simplify the task.

K2BSA Nearing WAS from Boy Scout National Jamboree

Motorola Files Additional Patent Infringement Complaints against Hytera

Motorola Solutions this week ratcheted up its legal battle with competitor Hytera, filing new patent infringement complaints in Germany against both Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd of Shenzhen, China, and Hytera Mobilfunk of Bad Münder, Germany. One Radio Amateur is Part of New Crew Increment Heading to ISS

European Space Agency (ESA) Astronaut Paolo Nespoli, IZ0JPA, NASA astronaut Randy Bresnik, and Russian cosmonaut Sergey Ryazanskiy will head to the International Space Station (ISS) on July 28.
